Description of the character's personality:
He is quick-tempered and inpolite. He loves gambling and smoking. He often uses his jutsu to light his cigarette. He loves drinks too, but he is not that alcoholic person. However, he loves tutoring shinobis, despite his rough attitude. His loyality is unquestionable. He hates revealing his true feelings, and often acts sarcastic. Keijiro tends to be extremly lazy.
Description of the character's history: He grew up alone. His parents are unknow, they are either death or just disappeared. Since nobody was waiting for Keijiro at home, he often spent his time outside when he was young. He used to be cheerful and direct to everybody. When he became genin he was often too excited and just couldn't control himself during missions. However, one day everything has changed. On a mission Keijiro made a mistake that killed his mates and master too. Moreover, many innocent people lost their life. He was too excited and couldn't keep low profile during his mission, just attacked the enemies. He got captured and he lost his team when they wanted to rescue him. Of course he wanted to take revenge immediately, but his enemy planted explosive rolls in order to ensure his escape , which destroyed the village where Keijiro had mission. He was only 15. He couldn't really get over it and his personality has significantly changed. He became cold and picked up some bad habit. Since that day he gladly helps to other shinobis (even if he acts like it is a drag for him), especialy to young ones, because he wants to make sure nobody repeats Keijiro's mistake. He is 20 years old now, but still affected by that happening.
