Description of the character's personality:

Sagashima hates wasting time. To end a day without having progressed what he considers "the normal" drives him nervous. He likes to train to it's limit. He also hates to fail, even with the most ridiculous things; when that happens, he gets really angry and everything annoys him.  Sagashima is a really cool headed guy who thinks before acting but due to the murder of his parents everytime he sees blood he gets infuriated with rage and cant controll himself thus harming people around him.

Description of the character's history:

In Konoha a child named Sagashima was born. Sagashima had a little brother named Tekiko. Their parents were killed by an assassin, who produced a lot of damage and still is unknown. They were raised by a woman, her child was killed when returning from the academy. That woman has educated and brought up on Sagashima and Tekiko as her own children, but in a stormy day, Sagashima was returning from the academy and he saw the ruined house with broken windows. Sagashima quickly ran into the house and saw his brother, and the woman dead and the assassin who killed his parents. At that moment the assassin ran away and never came back. Since that time, Sagashima vowed to revenge on that man.

Maybe think about joining Kazangakure. And having Sagashima see a therapist practicing there.
