Title: Spectating the Chunnin Exams/Tournaments

There should be a option to watch tournaments, if you are not taking part. Your character could also appear in the crowd watching. Good idea or nah.

Thought this would have to come much later into the game's development, I think it would be good if when a match is drawn, spectators could decide who wins. If there are too few or no spectators then the AI can decide the winner depending on damage during the match.

It can't really end in a draw unless both are KO'd at the same time (just like sakura and ino). There is no time limit from what I know, and therefore that's pretty unnecessary @timioyekanmi

Spectating will be possible and draw (both knocked out at the same time) eliminates both candidates.

Dude IKR?! Something about that portrait made me think Kuria Hinode of the Hill was all legs when aggro'd, hence why I wrote him the way I did in The Four Corners...
